1. General Information

Future Now Immigration Services Inc. is a corporation that provides immigration consulting services. Our services are provided in compliance with the rules and regulations of The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

2. Prohibited Services

We do not offer any services to individuals or entities in sanctioned countries. These countries include but are not limited to: Belarus, Central African Republic, China, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Iran, Russia, Syria, and others as per Canadian regulations. 3. Decision-Making Authority

All decisions regarding your case are made by licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) within our firm. Our consultants have the authority to make final decisions related to your immigration application based on the information and documentation provided by you.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in accordance with the refund policy mentioned in our service agreements. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any fees paid are non-refundable once services have commenced, except under exceptional circumstances as determined by our consultants. The Client acknowledges that the granting of a visa or status and the time required for processing the application is at the sole discretion of the government and not the RCIC. Any fees that are read as refundable will not be refunded if the application is rejected on grounds that are of no fault of the RCIC, such as the Client providing false information or bogus certificates, sudden changes in the Immigration Laws of Canada, or medical/criminal inadmissibility.

1. Information Collection

We collect personal information that you provide to us directly, such as your name, contact details, and any other information relevant to your immigration application.

2. Use of Information

Your personal information is used to provide our services, communicate with you, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law.

3. Data Protection

All information and documentation reviewed by the RCIC, required by IRCC and all other governing bodies, and used for the preparation of the application will not be divulged to any third party — other than agents and employees — without prior consent, except as demanded by law. The RCIC and all agents and employees are bound by the confidentiality requirements of Article 8.1 and 8.5 of the Code of Professional Ethics. The Client agrees to the use of electronic communication and storage of confidential information, and the RCIC will use their best efforts to maintain a high degree of security for electronic communication and information storage.

4. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest update will be indicated at the top of the policy.
